      Troy Vettese is a Canadian scholar with degrees from McGill University (Montreal), Oxford University (England), and St. Andrews University (Scotland).  His major interests are German politics, green political movements, and environmental history.  He has presented papers at international meetings on such subjects as economic growth and the environment.
